本人自愿参加OCPA举办的各类活动（包括但不限于聚餐、晚会、讲座、烧烤等），了解参与可能存在轻微受伤、食源过敏引发的疾病或财产损失等一般风险，并自行负责人身安全与财物保管。​By participating in any OCPA event (including but not limited to potlucks, galas, seminars, BBQs, or outdoor gatherings), I acknowledge that participation is voluntary and may involve ordinary risks such as minor injuries, foodborne illness, food allergy, or property damage. I am responsible for my own safety, health, and belongings.

本人同时对随行家人（包括儿童及长者）的安全与行为负全部责任，并同意他们的参与为本人自愿决定。I also understand that my accompanying family members, including children and seniors, are under my care and supervision at all times. I accept full responsibility for their safety, conduct, and participation in all event activities. 

在法律允许范围内，本人同意免除并不追究OCPA、其理事、志愿者及场地方的相关责任（除非存在重大过失或故意行为）。To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the Orlando Chinese Professionals Association (OCPA), its officers, volunteers, and venue partners from any liability, claim, or damage arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

本人亦同意OCPA可使用活动中拍摄的照片或视频用于非商业宣传，如不愿被使用，可提前书面通知主办方。I also grant OCPA permission to use event photos or videos containing my likeness for non-commercial promotional purposes, unless I request otherwise in writing.
