今年8月的OCPA大学申请分享会反响热烈，部分家长希望了解军校申请的相关信息。军校申请既有与普通院校申请类似的学术要求， 又有体能、领导力、议员推荐信等特殊环节。我们为大家推荐Orlando本地高中毕业生，现西点军校学员 Ronan Tracy，为大家深入讲解美国军校申请的流程与准备要点。以下转发Ronan给家长和同学的一封关于本次活动的简单介绍。

The OCPA College Application Seminar held in August received enthusiastic feedback from participating families. Some parents expressed interest in learning more about the U.S. military academy application process. Unlike regular college applications, military academies not only require strong academic performance but also emphasize physical fitness, leadership, and congressional nominations.

We are pleased to introduce Ronan Tracy, a local Orlando high school graduate and current cadet at the United States Military Academy at West Point, who will provide an in-depth overview of the application process and key preparation steps for U.S. military academies.

Below is a message from Ronan to parents and students with a brief introduction to this upcoming session.

Dear Parents and Students,

I’m pleased to share that Cadet Ronan Tracy from the United States Military Academy at West Point will be visiting our area as part of West Point’s Hometown Visits Program. During his visit, he will meet with interested students and families to talk about his journey to West Point, his experiences as a cadet, and what the application process looks like for students who may want to pursue this path in the future.

This will be an informative conversation for students who are curious about leadership, service, and opportunities at the nation’s military academies. Families are warmly welcome to attend.

Please note that this event is organized through the USMA Admissions Department as part of its educational outreach, and is not a military recruitment activity.
